If you have a complex plumbing problem like a leak that needs to be diagnosed and fixed, this is  the company to call.  My local plumber is apparently only good for routine jobs, he could not properly diagnose a leak coming from an upstairs bathroom into the kitchen below.  Ben is like "Dr. House" in that he can comprehend a confusing problem that others are baffled by (and fix it).
